The Kentucky/Iowa connection rings familiar. My father, Elbert Allgood, virtually broke his ties with his family, but he recalls his mother (Eunice Campbell Allgood) telling of such a move. She was married twice to 2 Allgood brothers; my father does not know his father's name. The second, though, was (probably) Theodore Neal Allgood. My father was born Oct. 2 1938 in Oscaloosa, IA. In c.1951 Theodore, Eunice and Elbert (Bud) moved to Dallas, Oregon. Keep in mind my dad's memory is extremely faulty! Otherwise, I know virtually nothing about my Allgood heritage. I've never met an Allgood relative other than my father and sisters. Any replies are welcome.
