Hi Chad... Actually, what I listed for William and Sarah Royal Allgood... that is purely speculation from a Will that was forwarded to me. So if you have something with concrete evidence (ie. birth record, or baptism record), I would love to see it. I've tried to find exactly what it was that "showed" me George Allgood was the son of William Henry and Saray Royal Allgood... but I can't seem to find it at the moment. It may have been someone posting it as a query on here, and I somehow took it as they were saying he was a son of his. On the Will portion that I have, an Allgood cousin sent me the pertinent information from John Allgood Sr's will, in which it lists that John Jr. was to recieve everything with the exception of a cow, and a featherbed that was to go to John Sr's grandson, George. What would be interesting... is if your William Henry is definitely proven born in Wales... could he be related to the one Allgood I've seen posted on the boards here as being from England. I'm thinking it's Ishamel, but not positive. Whomever it was, they were married to a Francis... that's all I remember. Would love to hear more from you on what you have. I was hoping that my posting would really jog some memories for some, and that it would generate postings that would give more clues for everyone. It seems that with everyone researching the same name, and all sort of connecting... it was just a matter of time before someone sat down and connected them all together, and then said... "okay, let's work from here". I'm wanting to see if we can make more connections for those who are strays with no connection so far, or just simply to take the odd names that are popping up and find how they are connected. Names like "Susannah Allgood who married Zachariah Shackelford", or "Sarah Allgood who married William Hunt", or "Judith Algood who married Ivey Harris".... and "who is/where are they from" questions for Moses Allgood and Ishmael Allgood. I know the answers are out there, just the descendants from those particular people either aren't connecting to GenForum yet, or they aren't even researching. Email me if you want to, or feel free to post to the board. I'm wondering if it would be better posting to the board, as if might jog more memories that way. Thanks... Dana
