Hello--Was wondering if anybody has any info on John B Alley's predecessors, and descendants (or knows a source I could look in). He had two sons (John S Alley, and William H Alley), and two daughters. I know he was probably my grandmother's grandfather, Lillian Alley Sherman. (Her mother's maiden name was Lillian Alley). John B. was born in Lynn, MA Jan. 1817, and died Jan. 1896; became a congressman in 1858. Thank you for any help!!
