I would have to visit his grave to get the dates of birth and death. He would have been born sometime in the late 1800's and died sometime in the 1940's. My ancestry goes back to Virginia with my grandfather five times removed. His name was Abraham Alley, a rector in a church. It is strange for two men to have the same name. I think I told you he was my great grandfather's brother, but he was my grandfather's brother. My grandfather died in 1948.
