Hi, Jack - I just noticed your posting and always like to read your comments. I found an interesting piece of information about James L. Alley that I don't think has ever been reported in the standard books or message boards. I also think I might have found some indirect evidence that helps to suggest (but doesn't absolutely prove) Azby Christian's name is correct, but that part I can't find again as yet. I will try to relocate the Azby information, and I have the information on James in a file, and I will try to contact you later if you are interested. Incidentally, James L. is one of my many 5th great grandfathers through his son Peter. Kay
