I have a Jacob Allie b. 1829, m Malissa Schinkle, date unknown. (they were my gggrandparents). The families were from Kentucky, West Virginia & Virginia. At one time a part of the family changed the spelling of their names (to Alley) over a land dispute. My ggrandparents are James Perry Allie, m Alice Fisher b 1855, d 1888. Francis Argonia Alley (Allie) is my grandmother, born near Catlettsburg, Kentucky, January 23, 1884, one of several children born to James Perry and Alice Fisher. Any connections? Can I have information on the Alley Family Association, please. Thank you.
