in 1900 Elizabeth allen is living with her parents Daniel Fairrmond in Choctaw nation Indian Territory. it says she was born in oct of 1875 in England and that she has been married O years by the 5th of June in 1900 but has one child living but it is either not living with her at the time or else has not been named yet and under a year old maybe.
In 1910 she is living with the two boys in Coal co. OK and says she is divorced. but it does say that the boys father was born in Texas. So I am going out on a limb here and say that the might have been married in choctaw Indian Nation.
since both boys were born around 1902 then the one listed on the 1900 census must not have survived. Since I only found two death records for Lloyd and Roy L. Allen which is the way it is on his death record.
there is a Jerome Allen same age living in coal co. OK in the same district as Elizabeth and the boys and he was born in TEXAS. it also says he is single which to my knowledge I dont know if they ever put on the census that the guy was divorced, but I could be mistaken.
there is also an Emerson Allen age 43 living in the same area who is remarried to a Rhoda and he also was born in Texas. He and Rhoda have been married less than a year. either one could fit
Not a lot to go on but at least you can check them out to rule them out.
In 1920 she is still living in Coal co. OK with the two boys and her father and it stated that she came here in 1880 and became naturalized in 1900 and her father Dan is living with them. and looks like she is running a rooming house and that she is now a widow. which was not uncommon back then
as being a widow was preferable than being divorced.
