Thank you for the information. His mother's name is definitely
Orpha Eldora - or in some records Orpha E. or Orpa E.
other information I found indicate he may have died 27 Apr 1927 at age 37,
but I have no proof and the person did not say WHERE the info was retrieved.
He may have been in the military and thus not in Social Security Death Index.
Some list his name as Dennis Collins Allen, Jr. But he definitely was
Dennis Claude Allen - my grandmother always called or spoke of him'
as Claude - but she died before I was "into" my family search.
It is said he was born 16 Aug 1889 in Minneapolis, MN (Hennepin Co?)
But no records are found. Almost all of the children of Dennis Collins Allen and Orpha Eldora Heath were born in GA - tho, their first child Maude
is said to have been born in Iowa in 1878, This is where Dennis Collins Allen lived with his parents at the time he was first married. His father:
Walter Jonathan Allen of Iowa...formerly of WI where Dennis Collins Allen was born.
Dennis Collins Allen and his two wives had about 15-18 children
so it is very difficult to sort them out.
