Since his Registration Card shows Corsicana, Navarro Co. in 1917 , I looked there. Didn't find 1910--or 1920--yet but did find this--Do you think it is him ? The Richard Lochhead is a mistake by transcriber. Can't make out original--but it says "mother". And it shows him proprietier of Tea Shoppe.
Will see what else I can find and get back to you.
