Rex, the area of Ohio you mention is very close to my Allemans. I am currently involved in researching the Herman Alleman line . He married twice, the second time, 1841, to Kathryn Ingmand but Samuel is not one of the issue unless he was born to the first wife. There were a few other Allemans who settled there, coming from Dauphin Co. PA. Do you know Samuel's mid. name/initial? There were 5 other Samuels but none with the dob you give.I will make note if I come across anything.
