Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Mary, If you have done your research and you have documentation of your information, I would advise you to keep your information and let whomever wants to correct your family tree present documentation proving that their information is true and can be proven and also prove why your documentation is not acceptable. Sometimes ones with the most information do make errors, so trust yourself with what you know to be true because you have the proof. Do not be intimidated.
