Dick, The only Manila Alldredge I have within my files is as follows: Manila Scott married Jesse J. Alldredge[3rd known son of Enoch & Amelia Pace Alldredge] in Blount Co.,Alabama about 1852. They had a child: Patrick G. Alldredge, born 13 June 1853 in Blount Co.,Al. He is said to have been a Mason, physician & merchant in the Blountsville area. Might be able to backtrack from PAtrick to see if this pans out. It is POSSIBLE that Jesse J. Alldredge died & Manila subsequently remarried. The dates could be about right, however, since I am NOT an authority on Alldredge family research, my suggecstion re: this issue are complete conjecture. As for parentage of Manila [Scott] Alldredge, I do not have that info. The census records of Blount County are quite good for this timeframe...so one might look at the 17th Subdivision &/or Blountsville &/or Brooksville areas census for more data. Good luck with your search, hope this helps.-Regards, M
