Thanks for replying to the Allday query. I
am glad to find someelse working on the line
and my main hope is to find proof that Josiah
and John were the sons of Perrin Allday who
was the son of John and Elizabeth Perrin
Allday. She was the daughter of Richard and
Anne Perrin of Henrico. He the son of Katherine Royall Perrin. I found a will dated 1694 that John Allday and Elizabeth
Perrin witnessed in Henrico. I don't believe
she had more than the two marriages to Allday
and Seth Hatcher. You no doubt have searched
the Lunenburg and Charlotte records for Perrin Allday and know that he lived to be at
least 110 years old as he was on the 1810
census of Charlotte. Is it your opinion that
Josiah and John Jr. were the sons of Perrin?
This is what I hope to find prood of, but
since the father outlived the sons, I don't
know how to go about it.
