I am a descendent of an Ann Allday bc 1772 who married Henry Farence 1807 in Barbour Co (W)VA. Age based on Henry's pension statement in 1822 that she was "about 50". I have never been able to link this individual to a parent...or even come close. Is this name familiar to you? Henry was known to live in Maryland, also, but traveled during his Revolutionary War stint; could have met her anywhere, I guess.
