Hi Joyce,
I think there may be a connection between your family and our family of Loves. Alida Love and Joseph Allbee had Henry Allbee b. 1870 LaCrosse, WI., and died in Nemaha Co., Ks.
Son #2 was Orville Allbee b. 1873 in WI., died in OK ca. 1931
The third child I have listed for them is daughter, May Alice Allbee who married Franklin Nathaniel Love. He was the son of Jeremiah and Phoebe Runyan Love. Jeremiah was also the brother of Alida Love Allbee. Thus May Alice and Franklin were cousins.
The Love family were from NY (Clinton Love and Mary Elizabeth Stocker) then migrated to WI., where Clinton died. Mary joined her son Jeremiah in Sabetha, Nemaha Co. KS., where she later died. Jeremiah and his sons made the landrun into Indian territory in 1893 and settled in what is now Kay Co, OK. Many of the family members are buried in Sumner Co. KS. in the South Haven cemetery.
