I have a copy of a book writen by Robert Barclay and published in 1780 entitled An Apology for the True Christian Divinity: being an explaination and vindication of the Principles and doctrines of the People called Quakers.
The endpaper is inscribed "M A SchimmalPenninck the last gift of her honored uncle David Stewart Barclay=Allardyce"
