Hi Tyler,
There was definately a marriage between an Allardyce (that exact spelling) and a Barclay. Right now it escapes me where or when, however, your dates seem right according to what I remember.
I have gone back to work after an absence of 12 years and am a bit overwhelmed at this time. Teaching college students has changed somewhat since my day. I promise to dig through my genealogy material and try to find the connection.
