Hello,
I am looking for information on Nell Allen, married Lamont Downs sometime around 1917. My Grandfather, Harry Bruce Downs Sr. was born in Staunton IL in August 1917. Lamont worked on Panama Canal. They eventually settled in Philadelphia, I believe Allen family was there also. Nell died in 1935, was murdered Christmas eve with her daughter, by her son-in-law.
