Henry Alirez---d.o.b. February 26-28 1897 in NM.

He was a coal miner, and worked in a coal mine somewhere between Walsenberg and Trinidad, CO. Hew worked where alot of miners had been killed at one time, and also his mine went on strike. He died some time in March in the 1940s?

He had married a Virginia Mary Moya (martinez). Virginia was born on may 27, 1897 in Trinidad, CO? died possibaly in the late 1970s to early 1980s?

However, Virginia's born Maiden name was originally Martinez. It had changed when her mother re-married to a ______? Moya. She was then forced to change her maiden name to Moya, thought to be in her mothers best interests. That is why her maiden name may show up as Virginia Mary Moya until she got married to Henry Alirez.

Any information to verify or add more context to would be much appreciated. This information was given to me by my grandmother Margaret Mary Marquez---born May 31, 1923. Any hekp would be much appreciated, gracias.
