Thank you, but sorry. The article has two maps and two scenes, but no images of Francis Alger. I fear that no published portraits exist, but am hoping that there might be an unpublished portrait of him in family files. There is the off chance that the Boston Museum of Science has an image of him as he was a benefactor, but I'm located in far off Rochester and librarians do not do things for free - or even a reasonable price. I located an image, in Austria, of a friend of Alger's - a Baron Alois von Lederer and for only a $100 a librarian would send me a photocopy, but if I wanted to use the image in a publication, I'd have to pay more!
