I have been working on a relative Edwin Alger who moved from Iowa to the Alexandria area in 1897. His cousin(?) Joseph Serrel Alger married Flora Belle Coykendall December 20, 1881(his second wife) in Iowa.
The Algers, Coykendalls and Murches moved from Carrol County IA to Eagle Bend MN and later to Alexandria.
