Howdy cousin. Your line is a little inaccurate. Samuel, Adam & Fielding were brothers. They were the sons of John (c.1765-1831) & Barbara (possibly Green) Alfrey (1770-1858). My gr-gr-gr-grandmother was John & Barbara's dau Barbara Ellen Alfrey (1810-1878) who md. 1826 Absalom B. Clark (1800-1892). They had 13 ch, one being my gr-gr-grandmother Susan H. Clark (1849-1899) who md. 2nd 1875 George McQueen (c.1852-1876). Their dau. was my gr-grandmother Vina May McQueen (1876-1928) who md. 1899 William Henry Rhines (1870-1943). Their dau. was my grandmother Dovie Icel Rhines (1900-1989) who m. 1920 Harold Ethan Fithian (1901-1965). Their dau. is my Mom Virginia Faye Fithian (b. 1933) m. 1952 Darrel Eugene "Gene" Melton (b. 1928). And I am Kenneth "Kenny" Dwayne Melton b. 1958 m. 1983 Polly Ann Clark Spencer.
