I am looking for new research that may have been done concerning the lineage of John ALFORD 1763.
I have learned that his parents may be Thomas and Elizabeth FIELD ALFORD. Has anyone confirmed this FIELD lineage??
Secondly, a source indicated that John ALFORD, father of Thomas (1725), may have married Mary DAWSON. ANy confirmation on her maiden name???

Would like to correpsond with others who have researched this lineage.
