Martha or Patsy Alford Newsom was mentioned in the will of her father in Hancock County, GA. William died there Apr 21 1825 and his will was Probated May 2. We have information on her siblings and a theory on the ancestry of her father but it is weak.

We have a list of five of her children and our information dries up at that point. We are compiling a genealogy of all the descendants of her supposed ancestor and would appreciate what ever you could share with us.
