If Sallie was living with Novella in 1900, then obviously she was out of the household of Lodwick. She was married to George McLendon (McClendon?)in whose household Sallie was living. I don't have a copy of the census (Gil Alford probably does) but they were living on Clay Street in Montgomery, AL. We should check that for Novella's birth date.
