Winfield's children (all born TX) as listed in our genealogy were: Leroy (1834), Julius (1839), Jacob G.(1845), Abraham (1849), Eliza Amanda (1851) and Ebelina (1853?; may have been eldest). I think there may have been one or more daughters (and possibly even a son) who married before 1850 since Winfield married in 1829.
Allen Alford married Mary/Polly ____ and had the following (from 1860 census records only): John (1844 GA), Mary (1848 AL), Nancy (1853 AL), Thomas (1856 AL), and William (1860 TX).

That is how they are currently listed but our concentration on TX Alfords in preparation for the AAFA meeting in San Antonio next year may yield additional information.
