In the 1910 census for South Carolina, Horry Co. Bayboro Twsp there is a John O. Alford age 14 in the household of John T age 47 and Drilla M. age 43 Alford. Married 19 yrs- 9 children including John, all born in SC.
In 1900 SC Horry Co. Simpson Creek there is a Thos Alford with wife O.M.(could be D.M.) and oldest daugther Estella M., dau Aida B. and a son b. 1896 but the rest is smudged out. 1910 oldest dau is Estella M. dau Ada B. and then John O. Must be same family.
