Gil, if we have discussed this I don't recall it except perhaps in an abstract way which is that there was a benedict and alexander these two names are reasonably familiar but the name Benedictus is not all that familiar. I don't know the difference in meaning in Benedict and Benedictus but there is sufficient difference, I thought, to perhaps tie them together withsome else. I have found a Benedictus but haven't been able to get sibling info on him or other info sufficient to tie him to anyone. This forum doesn't work all that well on my computer due to fact I don't have enough RAM. Had not seen your reply until today 8/28.
