Mary Ann Downing born Jul 1852 New York died 3 Oct 1915 Flushing, Long Island, New York buried Lexington,KY
their children were:
1- Smith Edison Alford b bef 1880 White Sulphur Springs, New York d 1949
married Isabella Dennison Aicheson (Ida) Lucas
2- Oliver Perry Alford Jr b 13 Jan 1880 New Orleans d 26 Jul 1955 Easton, Talbot Co., MD
28 Feb 1899 marr Laura Tucker Carmichael b 2 Nov 1877 Lexington, Rockbridge Co., VA d 1 Oct 1950
Queenstown, Queen Anne's Co., MD bur Lexington, VA
3- Audrey America Alford b 18 May 1885 christened in KY d Apr 1976
