We show Sally to have been born about 1786, the daughter of William Alford and his wife Mary. William was born Nov 30 1751 and died in Winston Salem Nov 8 1811. He's buried in the Lewisville Forsyth County, NC cemetery. Mary was born 1747 and died Aug 2, 1812 and she is buried in the same cemtery.

We have several members who are descendants of William and Mary Alford. All we have on Sarah's descendants is one son- William H. Hopkins - no dates or places. We would appreciate all you would share with us. If it is more convenient you can mail it to AAFA, POB 1586, Florissant MO 63031.
