I'm looking for info on my gg grandfather Meredith Alford. I know Arthur Alford had a son named Meredith b 1824/25 mar to a Susannah ? having 4 children. Youngest son being Meredith, Jr. b 1853? Do you know of a 2nd marriage maybe to a Sarah Ellen Rowe, producing a child Eliza Meredith Alford b 9 Dec 1863? There were 2 other daus Anna & Lillian. The Rowe's came down from Georgia, settled in Fernandina Bch., Fla.. moving on to Macclenny, Fla. In the 1880 Florida census Sarah Alford is listed as widowed with her 3 daughters in Macclenny.(place of birth of father is South Carolina). Appreciate any helpful info. Thanks in advance, Val
