Stephanie,

I can't answer your questions, but if this is the same man, I'm interested in Littleberry Alford also. If it is the same person, his mother's first name was Susannah. Littleberry Alford may possibly be related to the Densons in some way as most of the people mentioned as cousins seem to have been Densons. Sarah Hines is my ancestor.

This is either from Franklin County wills or from Loose Estates Papers --
1830. Sally Hines is mentioned as a cousin in the will of Martha Harris [widow of Brittain Harris], receiving 'for life 1/3 of the balance of my negroes, namely: Phill, Toney, Henry, Patience, Plummer, Ben & Miner; & after her death, they to go to all her children ... The remainder of my property to be sold & any proceeds after paying my debts to go to my cousins
       Eley Denson
Sally Hines [I believe Sally Hines was probably a Denson, possibly a Taylor]
Rebecca Stokes [Rebecca Denson married Thomas Stokes in 1829 after the death of her first husband, Boyakin Taylor]
Nancy Wood [Nancy Denson married Hardy Wood]
Amelia Abernathy [Amelia Denson married Charles Abernathy in 1813]
       Julia Denson
Littleberry Alford son of Susannah Alford.' [I don't have any information on Susannah Alford yet]
