His father's name was William! My great-aunt says they called him "Billy" and I have an uncle who was named after him. She also told me Arnold James Alford died September 1, 1932 (he was 47). Buried in San Gabriel, California. Also, his wife's maiden name was Johnnie Sarah Anderson (she had married a Lassiter before marrying my grandfather). Does this help make any connections?
