Dear Teresa,
We are pretty sure Bynum was the son of Isham Alford and Anne Ferrell. We have quite a lot of information about Isham's descendants but are unsure of his parents. Many think he was a son of Lodwick but I am not convinced. We would be happy to share information and can put you in touch with a cousin of yours--Dean Steward of Tallahassee, FL/Sky Valley, GA.
