You're in luck. The 1940 NY/Federal Census has just been released and Vincent was indeed married to an Antoinette, also born in Italy. They had the children as you indicated, were living in Utica, NY, where Vincent was a 'building foreman' which (I think) meant he was a foreman of a construction crew as opposed to, say, working in a building. Both parents were shown as 'naturalized citizens' while the children were already citizens having been born in NY state. Vincent died on June 15, 1997 in Utica. Antoinette was born Aug 7, 1913 and also died in Utica in Nov, 1982.
