Thank you for writing.

Yes, I noticed that the ALEWINEs (as well as my GILREATHs) occur in both Greenville Co and Newberry Co SC.

Joseph ALEWINE witnessed the 1885 will of my great-grandfather John H. GILREATH in Greenville Co SC.

I have seen some sketch plats concerning a division of the property of Eli ALEWINE on CHILDRESS' Beaverdam Creek of S Tyger River which are of interest to me: I'd like to know more about the neighbors mentioned and the specific location of the land.

Do you know what religion the ALEWINEs practiced?

Do you know any creek names associated with your ALEWINEs of the Lexington Co or Abbeville Co SC areas?

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
