I noticed that your ALDRICH family was from Monroe County, NY.
I am looking for the family of Ira Franklin STAPLES who married a WARREN. Ira Franklin STAPLES was born in 1800 in New York state, the son of natives of Mendon, Massachusetts. They lived in the town of Sweden, Monroe County, NY where Ira was killed at age 24 after being thrown from a horse. Mrs. (WARREN) STAPLES remarried a man by the name of ALDRICH, and her young son, Franklin STAPLES, changed his last name to ALDRICH. Franklin ALDRICH also resided in Sweden, New York.
