Dot-

Would love to know if you've heard back from anyone regarding your query. As best as I can determine, there has been some good research done on "intervening Aldriches" in Norfolk, England-- see --- but we're still missing 5-6 generations of Aldriches to actually prove the connection that the Boston Evening Transcript posited.

Personally, I believe the link. George's father George (B-September 13, 1574 in Canfield, England, son of William Aldrich) lived in Norfolk, but then we have 5-6 missing generations to reach back to the progenitor William Aldrich who married Mary about 1330 while Edward II was being murdered by his brethren.

If you find anything, please let me know, too!

Thanks.

-Jason
