Hi, Barbara -- I may have some info. for you..at least we have some names in common. My g-g-grandmother, Rebecca Anna Aldrich, had a brother named Chauncey or Chancey, who married someone named Keziah or Kerizale around 1847. According the the census (see below), she was born in Ohio around 1825. Rebecca was born and remained in Montgomery Co., NY, but her parents, Royal and Polly Elwell Aldrich and several of her siblings all moved to Switzerland Co. IN, perhaps around 1830-40s. Chauncey & Keziah had daughters Harriet & Margaret. That's about all I know, but I have more on the Elwell line if you want it. These are unusual names, so seems like there might be a connection.
