Martha Maria ALDRICH, according to her obituary, was born in Highgate, Vermont on November 29, 1850. She was married to H.O. VAN INWAGEN at Hastings, Minn., March 8, 1866. Seven children were born of this union. The family lived in various places in Kansas as well as in St. Louis, Missouri. Harrison O. VAN INWAGEN was employed by the railroad necessitating these moves. From Syracuse, Kansas, in 1893, Mr. and Mrs. VAN INWAGEN moved to La Junta, Colorado where their daughter, Lucina lived. Martha Maria ALDRICH VAN INWAGEN died of cancer march 5, 1898 at the age of 47 years, 3 months and 6 days. She is my paternal ggrandmother. I would appreciate knowing more about her family. Thank you.
