I am looking for information in regards to the marriage of Clara and Dennis Cooley. In particular the children of this union. I know that Clara was born 13-9-1829 in Londonderry Vt, she died in 1925 in IA. Dennis was b 7-11-1825 in Londonderry, VT and died 13-11-1892 in NY, NY, he is buried in IA. They were married 3-9-1848. I have found a lot of information on Dennis; and Clara's birth and death. They lived in NH. I am trying to make the connection to my husbands grandfather, Dennis Wallace Cooley. His father was a Dentist, as was Dennis Nelson Cooley. A lot of the facts fit, but I need to find information on the children of Dennis and Clara. I sure do hope that someone can help me. I have reached a brick wall here and my mother-in-law knows very little about her family history. Other than her grandfather was a dentist and died in NY, NY; and that his family was from around northern NH. That is where she says the old family homestead is. Her father Dennis Wallace lived in and around Milford NH, she herself was born in Antrim. She had an Aunt Blanche Cooley (Derby) that was a reporter for the Nashua Newspaper in the early 1920-?.
