Melissa Aldridge was married to George W. Allen. To this union were born five sons, Hiram 1838, Josephus 1843, Horace 1846 and Lorenzo 1848. Melissa passed away after the birth of Lorenzo. Horace and Josephus were born in Herkimer NY. I don't know if that is the town or the county. I am looking for any information on the family.
