Seeking info on the Aldridge line of my family. My grandad William Silas Hickam born 9/3/1880 died 12/27/1978 was the son of Thomas Hickam born 1854 or 1855 and Mary Ellen Reynolds born 1864, Thomas was the son of Silas Hickam Jr. and Nancy Catherine Aldridge. Silas Hickam Jr. was the son of Silas Hickam Sr. and Mary Catherine Aldridge. Can anyone clue me on the Aldridge's. I know Mary Catherine was born in Kentucky and Nancy was born in Ill. My grandad spoke of one of his grandmother being full blood Indian. They all lived in the Union and Jackson county areas. Alto Pass and Wolf Lake are two areas my grandad spoke of. My G-grandad (Thomas Hickam) and his brother John were involved in a killing at a picnic at Grand Tower in the mid 1880's. Thomas was in prison several years. If anyone can help with the Aldridge line I would appreciate it.
