My name is Chris Alderton. I was born in Keokuk Iowa and lived in North Eastern Mo.
There is a small church just outside of Canton called Bear Creek Church where many Aldertons have been buried in a cemetary there. A number of Aldertons are buried in the cemetary in Kahoka, Mo. I am the son of Verlin Alderton who is the son of Lloyd Alderton who was the son of Daniel Alderton.
We have a pretty exentsive accounting of our history.
