To J. Alderton Lowe:

I am also a descendant of William and Margaret Alderton. Their daughter Sarah married William Allender and I am descended from their daughter, Mary. I too have heard the story William Alderton, head of ourline of ancestors having sailed to Virginia on the "Primrose", with Capt. Douglas, Master. I may have something on that in my files.

Would be happy to share what information I have on William Alderton, which is sketchy, at best.
