Hey guys, please get together and map your ancestry. We are trying to do that here in Austraiia and New Zealand. We are all descendants of Agustin Alderete who came as a huaso to Australia in 1840. We have recently found that he was a natural son or grandson to Josť Justo de Alderete Canales, who is on the complex family tree of the south American Alderete, and who is descended from Don Pedro de Alderete lord of Tordesillas in late 1400s. He is buried in the Alderete chapel in tordesillas with his father Don Rodrigo. It would be great to know if other Alderete lines come in from Tordesillas or other parts of Spain.
