Good Morning!--just have taken time to review some of the latest messages relating to Jonothan Alder, and would like to join in on yours and Tom Warner's conversation!. I would be interested in the info you have from Orley Brown...he was the first contact that I made from a listing in the Geneology Helper..and he shared a copy of the "Captured" book with me..I did have contact and had opportunity to meet Howard and his wife in the early l980's at a Sager family reunion in Iowa, only regret, not enough time...Since I do not know your location, just wanted to let you all and any other interested descendents of Jonothan's know--the Historical society of London, Ohio, Madison Co. have moved Jonothan's cabin to their pioneer park there in town and have restored it, along with several other buildings, plus a beautiful museum, library. We were there several years ago, and it is well done. I was so please to see the cabin restored as when I had first seen it at the side of the Foster Cemetary where Jonothan is buried, it was being vandalized and would have before too long been destroyed. Please get in touch with me, as I may have some pictures of interest or perhaps written material...Mavis Hensley Sager
