On the Civil War picture (a copy)I have of my grandfather, Robert Alcorn, the middle initial is A. This inf. is listed below the picture: Robert A. Alcorn born Jan.24,1836 Columbus, Ind. died June 19, l920 Sanger, Calif. Army Photographers Vicksburg, Miss. This, probably, is the same info. Pamela Verhoeven has. We just discovered each other. My father, James Walter Alcorn, and her great-grandfather, William AndrewAlcorn, were brothers. My niece in Fresno justlocated Grandpa's grave and took a picture of the tombstone which is in the Bethel Cemetery, Sanger, Calif. Opal Alcorn Porter
