Jane m. Cochran/Blue/Summers - 1800's OH/IN(IL?)
Posted by: Richard Cochrane Date: March 07, 2002 at 22:39:01
  of 1166

JANE ALCORN (my gr grandmother)
m. Preble Co, OH 1828 William Cochran.
They had nine children, moved to Indiana.
William died, Jane m. IN 1858 Membrance Blue.
They divorced, Membrance was alcoholic.
Lost track of Jane, except Civil War pension
of a son, stating she was:
Jane Alcorn Cochran Blue Summers.

A website genealogist said her parents were:
JOHN ALCORN b. 1765(7), d. Preble Co, OH 1829.
JANE b. NJ 1768. d. Preble Co, OH 1849.

Can anyone help with information on her?
Thank you.
