Hello Colleen, We are talking about the same David H. Alcorn. What I have is from Earl Prather's History of James and Margaret Alcorn, 1768-1998. Jane was his first wife and I just have 1870 Census info on his 6 children with Jane: Nancy Jane, Julia E., Edward B., Carrie M., Lucy M., and Hattie A. Alcorn. I don't have anything on her parents Immer Root and Nancy Kerr. Do you know if Nancy Kerr was a sister of Jane Kerr who was a daughter of James Kerr and Margy Alcorn of Bethel, Oilcreek Twp. in Crawford Co.?
